You know what you are buying before you commit.

Four formats, each with a defined scope, duration and written deliverables. They apply to Switzerland, to France and to both Swiss language regions.

What you receive

  • Choosing the structure, the canton or the region
  • Coordinating the specialists: fiduciary, notary, bank, lawyer
  • Recruiting key people, or interim management through our strategic partnership
  • A shared timetable and a single point of contact until you are set up

Which format suits you?

Start from your situation.

The formats can be combined. A diagnosis or a targeted assignment can lead to a permanent antenna, then to setting up. Each stage is decided on the results of the previous one, with no year-long lock-in.

Frequently asked questions

Engagement formats: your questions.

How much does each format cost?

Each engagement is sized to your project, the target market and the number of regions involved. The diagnosis and the targeted assignment are charged at a fixed fee agreed before starting. The permanent antenna works monthly.

Do I have to start with a diagnosis?

No. If your question is precise, a targeted assignment is enough. If your offer is already adapted to the market, the permanent antenna can start straight away, with a first month devoted to preparation.

Do these formats also apply to France and between Swiss regions?

Yes. The four formats apply to all three directions: from France to Switzerland, from Switzerland to France, and from one Swiss language region to the other.

Who does the work?

Your dedicated point of contact leads the engagement from start to finish, supported by the Leadr team and, where needed, by specialists from our network.

Which format for your project?

The first meeting also helps choose the right starting point.
